Do you hold members in long-term contracts?
No. We do not. If at any point you would like to cancel your membership we just require a 1-month notice.
How do monthly payments work?
Our members are required to set up an auto payment with it. Super simple to set up. If at any point you wish to cancel your membership we will stop the auto-payment.
Can I join the gym as a complete beginner?
Absolutely! Your starting point doesn’t matter—what matters is that you’re getting started. We have members of all fitness levels. Every workout can be adjusted to suit your abilities and comfort level, so you’ll always feel supported and challenged in the right way.
How do I sign-up or getting started?
First thing to do is click our "free trial form". We will be in contact with you shortly after submitting your form. After your free trial, if you would like to sign up for membership you will be sent a sing-up form, your package uploaded on our app - Octiv. Then you will be ready to go.
I travel a lot and it is not possible to make classes consistently. Do you have a membership to cater to this?
Definitely. We know that people work and life can vary. We are happy to look at a membership option that will best suit your lifestyle.
