Chloe Garner, the dynamic owner and head coach of Ballistix, brings 14 years of fitness industry experience and a background as a former professional athlete to her role. Her journey from professional sports to CrossFit has shaped her into a coach known for her motivational leadership and innovative training techniques.

Chloe’s coaching philosophy emphasizes Functional strength training classes, combining strength, endurance, and agility with a supportive community atmosphere. Her holistic approach integrates physical training, nutritional guidance, mental resilience, and injury mitigation.

Chloe stays at the forefront of fitness science. Her ability to adapt her coaching style to each client’s unique goals has earned her a reputation for excellence.

Outside the gym, Chloe loves exploring nature, spending quality time with friends and family, and enjoying many adventures with her dog, Thumi. Her dedication to fitness and her community spirit extends beyond the gym, hoping to inspire others to enjoy all the finer things in life. 

Ryan is a dedicated CrossFit coach and biokineticist with 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. His unique blend of expertise in biokinetics and practical coaching has made him a standout figure in the community, known for his scientific approach to training and his commitment to health and performance.

Ryan's coaching philosophy revolves around the principles of functional movement and evidence-based training. As a biokineticist, he emphasizes the importance of biomechanics, injury prevention, and individualized training programs.

Throughout his career, Ryan has worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced athletes, helping them achieve their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of injury.
